Accessia is published by aoex (https://aoex.be/). Contact for any question about your data: contact@aoex.be.

Data processed

Store data: domain, store name and contact email (provided by Shopify), Accessia settings, storefront password if you enter it (stored encrypted, can be deleted at any time).

Scan results: addresses of the public pages scanned, HTML excerpts affected by an issue, scores and dates.

Fixes: before/after of each fix, backup copies of changed theme files, Shopify identifier of the user who approved (never their name).

Published statements and the PDF evidence reports you generate.

Accessia does not read or store any data about your customers: no orders, accounts or addresses.

Processors

Hosting of the application and database in the European Union.

Artificial intelligence provider: only when you ask for an alternative text suggestion, the product image and its name are sent to draft the suggestion.

Email delivery service: only for email alerts (Pro plan).

Retention

Data is kept while Accessia is installed. It is deleted 48 hours after uninstalling, and in any case no later than 30 days after. Encrypted database backups are kept for 30 days.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data at contact@aoex.be. Requests sent by Shopify (GDPR) are handled automatically.
